This digital frame is not close to what I expected. Not impressed by the look or its performance.

I bought this frame as a gift and wanted to load the pictures on it first. The touch screen on the frame never worked. I went to the website and performed all of the troubleshooting procedures and was told to return the item as I would be unable to fix it myself. I tried for almost 2 hours to get this frame to work. I was very disappointed that the item didn’t work at all straight out of the box. I decided to get a refund rather than possibly getting another defective unit. I don’t recommend buying this frame.

I got home, plugged it in and like the others, the touch screen didn’t work. Returned and wouldn’t buy another touch screen.

I was very disappointed in this product. I bought it on sale and loved the idea of having a touch screen option. When I brought it home, opened the packaging, I realized that all I had to do was plug it and go. The think was I couldn’t go. The screen was not reacting to touch. I did notice the same thing at the store, but I thought that the sample product was just messed with too much. Not the case, my brand new one is the same way, none reactive. The screen seem to freeze on the menu. I turned it off after several minutes, tried again and the same thing happened. I again, turned it off and packaged it back up and I will be getting a different model. Very disappointing.

Frame looks good. But picture resolution is not so good. Some pictures don’t fit properly into the frame. Sensitivity of side touch panel is not so good. Have to press hard to make it work.
