I received this as a gift, but it was defective, so I have sent it back. It would turn on, but the touch panel didn’t work at all, and I couldn’t even get the on/off switch to work to turn it off. I haven’t decided whether I shall get a replacement, or look for another brand.

I am a proud owner of a Kodak digital camera. It takes superhuman patience to hold on to a digital camera for over 3 years despite it having the worst picture quality in class.

Still I went ahead and bought the M820 because it seemed to have all the features I wanted. I did this against my first instinct, which is to run away from yellow boxes with a particular red logo.

Alas, my instinct was correct. This product simply does not play videos. I have tried to convert a clip into all the formats they claim it can play. A full day has now been wasted in trying to save a $100 investment.

But I am beating a dead horse. Tomorrow, the frame will be returned to the store. No more Kodak products for me – even if they are given away for free.

Very disappointing for a Kodak product. Loading the pics was a challenge. However, in all fairness, the images were good once we finally got them on the frame. Touch screen does not work as well as advertised (freezes/limited functionality). Audio playback advertised as a feature but it took three days to get songs on and then they weren’t the ones we selected. No support – SIX attempts to contact Kodak for assistance failed!!!!!!!!!! Users guide is useless (majority of the booklet is repeating the same minimal instructions in other languages). We are returning the unit. Rated one star but would prefer to chose 0 stars if that was an option.

Unfortunately, when the digital frame was received by my mother-in-law (as a Christmas present) it did not work. We’re in the process now of sending it back.

I purchased this product two days ago and I am taking it back. I purchased this paticular frame because it goes with my Easyshare camera, and I like the word EASY when it comes to some of this Hi Tech stuff. I have to say it was easy to get my photos on, no problem, but The Video feature didn’t work. The videos played very slow and the audio was slow and muted, when I played it for the first time it frightened my daughter, she thougth there was a monster in the frame. I called Kodak, they said to send it back. I don’t want to purchase another one and have the same problem again.
